about ethan

I’m Ethan Green, a qualified Sports Therapist with a BSc (First Class) in Sports Therapy from University College Birmingham.

My interest in sports therapy and rehabilitation is both professional and personal. After suffering an ACL injury that required surgery, I experienced the full process of recovering from a major injury firsthand. Through following a structured, evidence-based rehabilitation programme, I successfully returned to playing football with confidence without re-injury. That experience has shaped how i work with clients today- focusing on structured rehabilitation, patience and building confidence alongside physical capacity to help people reach their goals.

Alongside my online practice, I currently work as a Sports Therapist with Newport Salop Rugby Club and have previously completed placement experience at Telford Hornets Rugby Club. I also work as a Sports Massage Therapist and provide private sports therapy services. This has given me the experience in injury assessment, rehabilitation and return-to-play decision-making across both clinical and pitch-side settings. I’ve also supported athletes at a range of sporting events, including the London Marathon and football events at St George’s Park.

My approach to sports therapy is centred around individualisation, purpose and consistency. I ensure that rehab is tailored, progressive and meaningful - helping clients understand why specific exercises are prescribed and how they contribute to both short-term improvements and long-term recovery and performance goals.

I believe sports therapy is more than hands-on treatment alone. Long-term results come from personalised rehabilitation programmes built around the individual, supported by education and a clear understanding of how and why the process works.
